Cancellation
Cancel anytime — email support@thenewdoors.com or use the link in any receipt. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, and your category is released back to the market after that period ends. No cancellation fees.
Refunds & disputes
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Because each subscription reserves an exclusive category and takes it off the market for everyone else, we don't prorate partial periods. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund of that first payment. Billing disputes are resolved within three business days.
